As fast as she could, Rayne was making her way back to Kitsu. Her children were there waiting, as was Jarg-...Winchester, as well as help for Cynyr. It was the only place she could think to take him. Her anger propelled her forward at a fast pace as GR kept Cynyr balanced, her worried red eyes watching over him.
---
Winchester was pacing outside of the room that held the recovering half breed. GR was close by, watching him move back and fourth in front of the door. It made her anxious to see him in such a way.
"He will not be happy..." Winchester muttered, half to himself and half to the FeLane close by. "What is she thinkin-... What am I saying... when does she ever actually think on in a reasonable matter." All the while he passed the door in one direction, then sharply turned and passed it again heading the opposite way. "Both of them do not think. Do they consider the children in all of this?"
The Kilate was irritated, yet worried.
"Think... Cynyr is... awake?" GR's head tilted a bit. She was worried about the halfbreed, though knew he would not like the news that she and the Kilate needed to tell him.
"Check." Was the only response that came.
GR slowly reached for the knob and twisted it. She eased the door open, hoping it would not make noise to wake him if he was still resting, then peered in.

Cynyr's eyes were open, but he hardly seemed awake. He had been staring up at the ceiling for awhile, confused and disoriented.
His eyes turned slowly towards the black Felane as she entered the room. He gave a weak smile, a bit slow in reaction.
"You alright?" He asked, more concerned with any injuries she may have gotten than his current state.

The dark haired girl tilted her head a bit at his question before opening the door a bit more so she could slight into the room. "Fine." She said, giving a short direct answer as she gave him a small smile back. Her own injuries had been well taken care of by Winchester.
"Good.. to see you.. awake," She told him quietly as her red eyes moved over him. "..You.. worried us." Her words never flowed very smoothly, as if speaking wasn't natural.

Cynyr looked away when GR said he'd worried them. "I...didn't mean to...worry you.." He was silent for what seemed like hours, though it was only a few minutes.
His gaze turned back to the red-eyed Felane. "How's Rayne...?" It was the next thing that popped into his mind, and his face showed concern and regret. He never should have left..

GR didn't like the question that came from Cynyr's mouth. She didn't want to answer. How was she supposed to do it? What would he do? He mouth opened to speak then stopped and she shut it slowly and looked to the side a bit, then looked down. For a moment the FeLane looked rather uneasy and fidgeted a little before looking up at Cynyr and quickly turning to gracefully dash out of the room to tell Winchester that Cynyr was awake.
A moment later the Kilate scientist entered the room with a deep sigh. He'd been listening from the door and already knew what the issue was that had made GR retreat. "...She's irrational and brash, that's how she is..." He muttered, answering the question indirectly. He knew that wasn't what Cynyr had wanted as an answer.
"How are you feeling?" He asked, stepping closer to the side of the bed.

Cynyr's face was full of confusion at GR's actions. Why had she run away like that?
"GR?" He asked caustiously before she ran out of the room. "W..." He looked down, not sure what to take of that. Whatever it was wasn't good.
Winchester's words just furthered his confusion. "What do you mean irrational and brash? Where is she?" He ignored the question of how he was feeling.

The Kilate sighed a bit. Winchester knew that the moment he told Cynyr, the half breed would become worried and want to leave right away to find the missing FeLane, but he still needed to rest. With a glance to the door he found GR peering in a bit sadly. She'd been unable to stop Rayne, just as he had been, and he knew she felt a bit guilty.
"Neither of us know, Cynyr..." Winchester said quietly. "Not long after I declared you would be alright, she left."
"....tried... to stop... her..." GR's voice was quiet from the door way where she stood half hidden behind the door. Her eyes looked apologetic.

"It's...not your fault...either of you..." Cynyr muttered as he looked down sadly. Had Rayne really left? He wondered if this is how she felt when he'd disappeared...
He began to get up. Despite the fact that he was wincing, he was ignoring his injuries. Winchester was right, he was determined to find Rayne.

"Cynyr." Winchesters voice came in a sharp tone, his body moving to the side of the bed more as he reached out to halt him. "Now don't be an idiot! You're going to go running after her without letting your wounds heal, get yourself hurt worse, and if she's sees you come in that condition it will probably only upset her more."
One hand was held out to try to keep him on the bed, the other was clenched into a fist. "Rest a day or so. She'll be fine on her own for a little while. Let her cool down. GR can go searching until you're better... and you should at least let the kids see you first."
This was the part that really made his temper start to boil over a bit, despite trying to keep it in check. As Winchester, he hadn't spent much time with the children, but as Jargon he had taild along with Rayne and Cynyr long enough to know them and he remembered those times. Though he hadn't been a responsible adult at the time to look after them, he had liked them and still did. . "Do either of you even think about them!? You run off. Rayne runs off. They don't even get an explanation. They're just left here like they're nothing."He had snapped a bit this time.
