Had gotten bored, so I wrote this. This took place during the kilate history that will probably be mention some in the coming arc, though it doesn't really give anything away.
will probably add more little short stories here and there, even though this one isn't really a story at all....
and NO stealing or die very slow and painfully =D
“Sir, must we include the Clickeleons? They are not helping the Senhigon in anyway. They are likes dogs and will just be a burden!” Maks, a mid-age kilate, told his young commander after reading a list or orders and priorities that he had given him.
The young commander looked up at Maks from his desk that was cover in papers of all sorts with an annoyed look. He had given Maks his orders, which were to be his leave, but like always, he had to linger and asked useless questions and remarks.
“And many will say that you’re like a donkey and if we waste precious moments thinking about you, you’ll know it’s true.” He told Maks crudely, looking at him right in the eyes and wondering if Maks was going to say anything back. Once seeing that Maks didn’t and was waiting for his reason, he continued. “Besides, how do you know that the Senhigon isn’t going to try to get them to help or hasn’t already done that? He never tells the public anything of meaning!” He said, stopping himself before he started a rant openly. He never tells the public anything that will mean anything to them because the moment he did he’ll lose his seat of power! The public will finally have the freaking insight to see just how useless he is! And stupid! All that is bred from him is that annoying way of looking down on others, by making himself look superior when he is the inferior one! He closed his eyes, pushing the memory of how he been publicly humiliated by the Senhigon at a public speaking. The Senhigon was the ruler or their kind so of course he had all the tutoring of such so that his words heard and while he mocked others in such a way that could not be retaliated it without being deemed treason.
“What about the dragons? You are saying to send an envoy to them! The moment you do that, all of them but the shimihadom will take wing and go to tell the Senhigon! Then he will send the mozagon after you to kill you!” Maks told the commander, as if he was this spring of wisdom.
“That’s why I’m not sending you to the shimi. And if the Senhigon does send the mozagon after me to kill me, that’ll be a greater honor then I would have thought he’ll given me. To know that he fears me that much already! But the true honor would be when I defeat them. We win either way it goes.” He told Maks, a wide smirk coming on to his face as he thought about defeating the mozagon. What a blow that would be to the Senhigon! This wretched war to be might actually be to our winnings if that happens! But enough of this thought, that has happened yet and nor will, at least not in that way.
“But sir! You have actually said in this that dragons have joined the Pouris-Div! That they are-.”
“I know that I’ve said in that because I wrote it.” He snapped at him, opening his eyes. “And yes, some dragons have enjoyed, here and there from low ranked, mistreated Moijhi that thought my way of treating them were much better.”
“You have got to be joking sir! Why have you not told me this before?”
“I just have. Just do your job Maks, and send those instructions on to those who they belong to. Oh, and also, if you ever bother to read the instructions and notices that are for everyone before you read the personal ones that you are to deliver, you would have noticed the Moijhi before I had to tell you.” The command told Maks, as he leaned back in his seat, the look of annoyance deepening.
Maks shuffled through the papers that the commander had gave him, until he found the public one. His lips moved as he quickly read it, before stopping and looked up at the command. “You say here it is barely a dozen that have joined but with the envoy to the dragons you have it seem that there are a lot more.”
“That’s simply because you assumed there would be more than a dozen, here and there. But their numbers will spread in time, just be patient my good friend. Now, if I’m not mistaken, we all have things to do and yours is to leave and deliver those commands.” The commander nearly glared at Maks as he stood there for a moment longer, before giving a small, unneeded bow and leaving.

>.> *bets that I made a shit load of mistakes in this one* leave=live, about=able calm=come -.- I hate those mistakes...
The room was of a soft brown, patches in the paint show the gray stone, and material, that was use to make the building. The only window in the room, gave a view of the street below. The dirty, grim and filth that came with the trash and rotted that scattered the street and sidewalks below were barely noticeable from the height of the room, and impassible to notice at night. Little yellow lights shined through windows of other building, giving the only source of light with the exception of the stars above that few paid any attention to. One of the few that did pay attention to the heavens above, sat at the window, with no light in his room, just staring up at the sky. His one leg was dangling out the window carelessly, as he lean against the windowsill.
The door to the room opened and a flood of light came into the room, along with a kilate that seemed to be around 25 years old, Kuv. His brown hair pulled back into a ponytail similar to the ones’ at the window.
“Shinji, you better get ready now if you want to leave for the party!” Kuv told Shinji. “It’s not often that we are able to go to a party, much less a royal party! And especially for people like you, the new recruits! Must of the time we either have to drill or be coped up in our room.” Excitement filled the kilate’s voice.
“I’m not going, Kuv.” Shinji told him simply, not taking his eyes off the sky.
“Not going!? Why he hell not! We will not be able to see something this fanciful for freaking years probably!”
Shinji didn’t make any reply other then a sigh. He closed his eyes some, hoping that Kuv would take what he wanted from their room then leave.
“Come on, tell me, why the hell do you not want to go!”
“Because, I’m a farmer.” Shinji said, nearly mumbling it.
Kuv nearly burst out laughing at that reply. “All the more reason for you to go then! You farmers do not know a freaking party from a fancy dinner! It will do you good to get up, go, and see! You will have the time of your life!”
“Parties are noisey, crowded, filled with annoying people, annoying sounds, annoying sights and then the Senhigon making his grand appearance. That really does sound like the time of my life.” Shinji muttered.
“Annoying, eh? Well, what about you being annoying to other, Yaihi?”
This comment made Shinji turned his head and looked over at Kuv. “That barely makes since. And I don’t care if I’m annoying to others. The others can get up and leave whenever they want.
“And so can you.” Kuv said, finally going over to his closer and pulling out the only decent shirt in there and starting to put it on.
Shinji let out a small laugh. “Yeah I can! And I can live off of food that the rats don’t want! Hell, I’m willing to bet I can live off the rats! That does sound like a better life then being coped up here but at least here I get some money.”
Kuv looked over at Shinji, curiosity shined in his eyes. “Come to think of it, you never said why you were here. At the opening, everyone in our group gave reasons while introducing themselves except for you.”
“Yeah, excellent reasons! Oh look! The government is giving us a chance! We’re too poor to feed ourselves! Too stupid to look after our children! Too worthless to watch over our land!” Shinji mocked, hatred, and distaste at the core of the mockery.
Kuv looked at Shinji for a moment, letting silence come in as he studied the kilate that was a few years younger then him. Shinji’s skin was darker then his, probably do to the fact that Shinji was a farmer (yaihi). His eyes were nearly black. However, his hair stuck out from the rest of his body. Near the skull, the hair was a sandy blond, then as it grew out it darken into a mild brown. A smiled appeared on Kuv’s face not long after studying Shinji, and then a small laugh came from him, in a similar way that Shinji had laughed.
“Yaihi, you have a point there. Though, if you like yourself being in one piece, you better keep your mouth shut about your opinions! There’s not that many people that are like me that suddenly go deaf.” Kuv told him, smiling friendly at him before walking out without another word.
Shinji stared at the close door for a moment before looking back up at the sky, his mind going over the conversation with Kuv.

The giant red star that light up the sky, slowly sank below the horizon, giving the impression that the mountains consumed it. As little pinpoints of lights appeared on a seemingly endless, dark blanket of the night sky, all below was still on the blood stained rocks with a small exception...
The young commander that had lead his army into the battle early that day, walked through the battle field. His eyes were down at the twisted, distorted, mangled bodies of his friends, comrades, and enemies. Blood covered all of the bodies, some eyes were still open, staring hopelessly at the sky, at other dead, at the ground, the expressions of those that still had in tacked faces, were of fear and pain. There were bodies that had missing arms, legs, even heads and then there were bodies that were just an arm...just a leg.
As the bodies continue endlessly, a dreaded hopelessness came into the commander. Everything had been a complete failure. Everything that he tried to do, everything that he had fought for, it had all backfired on him.
His hands clenched to fist, his nails tearing his flesh as his fist tighten, drops of blood coming down from his hands, adding to the already blood covered battle field. His body had become numb, blocking out anything that he would have felt.
As the commander reached the middle of the battle field, he stopped, his whole body starting to tremble from a mixture of anger and sorrow. He had lead his man into this battle! He should have died along side of them! His bloody hand reached for his dagger and pulled it out, the point going to his heart as he went to press down, the handle of the dagger slipped from the blood, the blade slicing his body and embedding it self into his arm, missing his heart.
Anger swelled into him as he looked down, seeing the blood come from his arm. Gripping the dagger tightly he pulled it out of himself and threw it as far as he could before falling to his knees as anger slowly disappeared and being replaced by hopelessness again.
You lost one little battle and you give up? Pa-the-tic. A voice echoed in his mind, a bit of cruel cold laughter coming from it.
"SHUT UP! SHUT THE HELL UP!" The commander screamed, holding his head, his eyes closed tightly.
Why? Why should I listen to you? You lost once and you went to kill your self. You aren't anyone that I'll follow. The voice replied cooly.
"DAMN IT! SHUT UP!...They're all dead! ALL OF THEM!"
So? Everyone dies....except you maybe.
"SO!? SO THEY ARE MY FRIENDS! I AM IN CHARGE OF THEM! I-"
They were...You were...Grammar little yai boy. The voice told him, the laughter more pronounced. You can get more friends...There are people out there that need your help. That you need to be in charged of. No one else would be able to. They will just mess up. Now little farm boy, learn from this and get up.
The commander stayed how he was, shaking his head as if to clear the voice from him.
Get up!
Slowly, the commander obeyed, his legs pushing his body up. "What...am I suppose to do?" He mumbled quietly, his hands coming off his head, leaving blood behind, his brown hair with sandy color roots sticking together with streaks of red.
You are to try again! Think of everyone that needs help! Think! Remember! Just...consider this as a failed experiment.
The commander nodded a bit as the voice continued to speak.
None of them you knew that well, so you really aren't that hurt. Besides, others know them! If you do it correctly, you will have an even grander army to wage against the senhigon! The people that fall here...their...sacrifice will be remembered...and the hate brought by their murder will empower those they have left behind! You have lived that just shows that you are suppose to live, that you are right! The voiced told the commander, with a hint of sick pleasure that the commander did not hear. Besides...they were expandable... It added quietly, and then releasing a gleeful chuckle when the commander did not deny this, that he did nothing.
The commander looked around at the battlefield again, spotting his dagger. He walked quickly to it and picked it up, wiping the blood off it, on to his shirt. He looked down at the dagger with an expression of deep anger. "I swear...they will pay...they will pay for all that they have done...Saji-Resia...my dear friend...you should have finished me off...'cause now...I will be the hunter this time...and you will be the one I'm after."

Dried, dusty wind blow by his face as he clanged to the shimikuragi, named Saji-Resia (dark claw). An animal skin was tied around his face to keep the dusty out, his eyes mostly closed, though opened enough to see the golden orange ground below him and the dust clouds coming up each time Saji-Resia's foot touched the ground.
"Are we still being followed?"
"Of course we are, Shinji. You just made enough of an impression that just one Shimihadom is coming after us. It will be easy enough to out run one over grow kuragi." The shimikuragi answered, its mouth barely opening but the words were pronounce clearly enough.
Shinji lifted his head up and look out ahead of them, all the way to the horizon there was nothing but the desert. "Isn't there that ravine close by?" He asked, not being able to tell.
"That is where I am taking us. Once there, it is just a simple little jump and then we will be home free."
"Stop there."
Saji-Resia turned his head and looked over at Shinji, an orange eye stared at him curiously before turning away and looking back to where he's running. "You are planning to fight him?"
"Yes. If there is only one behind us, then we won't be out numbered and then defeating him will be the prefect way to show my superiority to the senhigon and the mozagon."
"You are getting cocky. Do you think that just because you got that sword, you will be able to defeat them?"
"The sword is nothing more then a symbol. To tell them...to show them that I am coming. That I am here. That they won't be able to do anything about it. That they would be slain by their own sword!"
"Have you ever killed?"
Shinji fall silent at that question. He hadn't killed. He had picked up a weapon against another kilate but never to the death. He felt Saji-Resia's body start to slow. Looking up again, he saw the dark line, the top of the ravine. As Saji-Resia got to a walking speed, he pushed himself up so that he was sitting up and not leaning forward. Saji-Resia turned to face the on coming enemy, having his back to the ravine.
Shinji waited only for a moment more before slipping off of Saji-Resia's back and to the ground, his hand going to the hand of his short sword. The (great dragon blade) was a kanata, and if he is going to be facing a mozagon, then it would be best to use the kind of sword that he excel at.
Moments later the shimihadom and its ready stopped before them. The shimihadom's mouth hang open slightly, the two sets of huge fangs on his upper jaw became more pronounced then they would have been if his mouth was closed. Vicious claws flexed at the ground, ready for any flesh that it will cut.
"Shinji the Moijhi you are to return the (great dragon blade) to the Senhigon and the punishment would be swift." The mozagon told him, his face consumed with pride and ego.
"It's Shinji the Yaihi. I'm no longer in that pitiful, pride less, self consume army of the so call senhigon! The (great dragon blade) would be what will help win the free of the people under the heartless Senhigon and with it I shall create a new, grander regime!" Shinji told him as he drew his sword and set it out in front of him.
The mozagon stared at him for a moment, caught off guard of what he said before letting out a mocking laugh. "You call yourself a yaihi!? And you think you would be able to fight me!? What the fuck is wrong with your mind, you are truely insane!"
Shinji stared at the mozagon coldly for a moment before running one of his thumbs over his blade. He ignored the sting of the cut as he drew a kind of symbol on his blade with his blood. A bolt of lighten shot from his sword and went to the mozagon. The bolt would have hit the mozagon and the battle would have ended before it truely started, if the shimihadom did not notice what Shinji was doing and moved in time to avoid the attack.
The laughter stopped from the mozagon as he looked down to where he just was and stared for a moment at the brunt dirt and the hole created by the bolt.
"You litte fucking bastard!" The mozagon cried out angry, turning back to Shinji.
"You still think that a Yaihi can't beat you?" Shinji asked, tuanting his oppent.
The mozagon leaped off of Shimihadom, drawing his sword at the same time. He quickly started to walk to Shinji, raising his sword at the same time and soon he was in a run to him.
Shinji watched the mozagon closely, watched as he had the mozagon's sword swing down to to him, his body in a forward motion. At the last possible moment, Shinji stepped aside, causing the mozagon to run past him and nearly falling to the ground. Taking adventage of the mozagon's inablity to guard at the moment, Shinji's sword cut through the mozagon's back, as he twisted his sword and went to cut at the mozagon's neck, the Shimihadom's hand came sweping down to Shinji's side.
The next thing Shinji was that he was on the ground, a searing pain was coming from his side not to mention the feeling of warm liquid.
"Shinji!" Saji-Resia called out, making a movement to go to his rider but stopping when Shinji barked an order to him to stop.
With one hand gripping his sword and the other hand at his side, useless being too painful to move because of his injure side, Shinji pushed himself to his feet and faced his oppents.
The mozagon was kneeling down, by his side was the shimihadom. His breathing was fast and uneven, the prideful expression was gone to an expression consume of pain. At side was the shimihadom, standing on his hind legs, teller then any kilate could grow, his front legs now resembling arms.
"(Shadow Claw)...finish him...do as you please with him." The mozagon ordered the shimihadom.
"I was planning that." The shimihadom said, his mouth making no noticeable movement of speaking, other then just staying open. He took a couple of steps foward before falling to all fours and lunging at Shinji.
Shinji was just barely able to stumble to the side to avoid the blow. Though right after blow, there came another, knocking Shinji to the ground. Shimihadom quickly took the oppreatunity to slam his hand down on Shinji's chest and hold him down. Shimihadom glared down at Shinji for just a moment, enjoying seeing the moments of panic on Shinji's face. As he loward his head to bite Shinji, Shinji had reacted quickly enough and his sword quickly managed to go though the Shimihadom's long face. The shimihadom let out a deafen rawr and jumped back, the sword being pulled out of him. He shook his head and let out another rawr. Blood was pouring out of the wound, on to the ground, on to the two watches of the fight and on to Shinji.
As soon as the shimihadom jumped back, Shinji quickly made it back to his feet, now drenched in blood from the moments of being under Shimihadom's head. He gripped his sword tightly as he watched Shimihadom get on all fours and rushed to him. Without even thinking about it, he pointed his sword in front of him and at the right moment he thrusted it foward. The sword prieced the shimihadom's head, through the skull this time and into the brain, killing the dragon.
The shimihadom's eyes stayed open and after Shinji pulled the sword out, the body fall to the ground on it's side, one of the eyes staring up at the sky endlessly.
Shinji let out some shaky breaths as he stared down at the dragon's body before slowly lifting his head up and looking at the mozagon. "You will...walk back and tell your senhi...about what you have wittness...You will tell him that I, Shinji the Y.." Shinji hasitated for a moment, planning on saying yaihi but then changning his mind. "Shinji the Bishi, will no long be hunted but will be the hunter!"
Saji-Resia's head loomed over the mozagon for a moment before making his way to Shinji, positioning himself so that Shinji would be able to use him as support without making it too obvious.
The mozagon pushed himself to his feet, wincing as a sharp pain went from his back through his whole body. "You will still be hunted down...I will tell the Senhigon and he will hunt you down...you damn shimibishi!"
"There would be no one to tell your "great" senhi of this if you don't make your leave now." Shinji told the mozagon, as he felt his body began to weaken even more from less of blood. All of the ardontfdinefjdskla was leaving his body now, being replaced by pain.
The mozagon glared at Shinji for a moment before taking some of his blood from his body and drawing a symbol on himself and then vanishing.
Shinji let out a small sigh of relief, falling to his knees, his hand holding his hurt side.
"Those are big words for what has just happened." Saji-Resia said, looking down at him. "That was just one mozagon and a weak, foolish one too."
"I know..." Shinji half muttered with a nod.
Saji-Resia looked at him for a moment more before gently reaching down and picking Shinji up by the back of Shinji's shirt, using his mouth and then placing him on to his back. "Hold on. This will be a long ride...and a longer one will be facing you in the future. The senhigon will not let you get away with all that you have done."
With a small smirk, Shinji replied to that. "He won't let me get away with it...I will make myself get away with that...Shinji the bishi is here...and I'm going to beat him down."
"So far all that you have hunted is a dragon." Saji-Resia told him, as he began to walk. Shinji made no reply to that, closing his eyes as he tries to concentrate on conntecting Kuv so that hopefully he'll be able to get help for his wound. Blind Shinji was of the path he is going down. (o.o'''>.> that last sentence makes me think of Yoda)

(>.> this one is going to be sick~)
A dust cloud raised up against the sky, behind the group of five mozagons riding out to a small, farm whose crops had long since died that year. The dust cloud was nearly invisble against the sky that was darking by the minute, giving the family that live at the farm no warning of their coming. (Needsaname1) was the leader of the group, his partner was a shimigon, going by the name of (dragonname1). The person on his right was (NN2), riding upon a Shimihidom named (dn2). On (nn1) left was (NN3), a small Shimidiv named (dn3) was his partner. Above them flew a Shimieta named (dn4), on him was the mozagon (nn4). Leading the four of them, surprisingly was the youngest and newest to the title of mozagon, (nn5), riding on Saji-Resia, a shimikuragi, dragon-lizard. Saji-Resia was the first Shimikuragi to ever been promoted to the rank of mozagon. Most of the shimikuragi were assigned to the moijhi, simply to aid in their fighting and help them travel about before they get one of the four many shimi that have allied themselves with the kilates. In truth, shimikuragi were not even consider to be real shimi, only over grown lizards, a disgrace that caused many of them to loath the kilates. Saji-Resia had a desire to prove the worthiness of the shimikuragi, to show the kilates that the shimikuragi are real dragons and should be excepted into the alliences. That is the reason why he is leading them to the farm, why he had decided to pick this way. To him, the other way was suicidal and will only cause his race more disgrace and hamuliation.

Reusenhi- a group of kilates that called themselves the Reu. They seperated themselves from the other kilates, seeking peace and equality amoung eachother. They were one of the few groups that managed to do so without falling apart. The Reu were known to except anyone in danger into their mist for protection. They put the word Reusenhi at the end of each other names, symbolizing belonging, companionship, and trust. The Reu lasted for several generations before the Senhigon seeked them out and killed all of them. Though, some beleive that a couple of Reu escaped the slaughter.
"Fweet, Rudbekkia Reusenhi." He managed to mutter without anger leaking into his voice, as he bowed his head to the Reusenhi in thanks.
"There is no need for that." Rudbekkia Reusenhi told when he bowed his head. "I am glad that we can offer our help to you, Shinji Edui the Bishi."
Shinji looked up at Rudbekkia, then around at the other kilates standing in the circular, dimly lit room. Rudbekkia's round face held the most welcome out of the group of kilates. However, Shinji did note that even though some of the expressions were not as welcoming as Rudbekkia's, there was no hate or distrust among them.
"The Senhigon went too far this time, Shinji." Spoke one of the other kilates, stepping forward to stand next to Rudbekkia. She wore the same kind of white robe, with dark blue and black diamond designs embedded on the soft fabric, as the rest of them. Her long red hair hung down around her face, reaching to her shoulders with some strains crossing over her face. "He is reaching a new level of cruelty and dishonor. Anyone that will stand up to him, we will support, even if their methods are a bit...crude.” She told Shinji, giving him a small smile once she finished speaking. The other kilates nodded and say their agreement to her statement.
Shinji remain silent, keeping his opinions to himself and forcing down his anger. His hand curled up into a lose fist when the female kilate called his methods crude, something that he strongly did not believe. All that he could muster to do was to give a small, somewhat cruel looking smile to the female kilate.
The female kilate took little notice of the smile and no notice of the cruel part of it. She turned to the youngest looking kilate in the group, a boy that probably had just lost his tail. "Meliu Reusenhi, go show Shinji to a room that he can rest."
"Once you have rested, we will be able to talk more relax about the events. Possibly even thinking of a way of freeing your friends." Rudbekkia said, an optimistic smile on his chubby face.
Shinji's eyes went from the female kilate then to Rudbekkia, surprised by the sudden dismissal. "Thank you for all of the help you are giving me." He muttered, not sharing Rudbekkia's optimism.
"This way, Shinji." Meliu said, walking to a black door that nearly blends into the walls. His voice was light and careful, clearly voicing the relatively peaceful life that he has lived. Meliu led Shinji up a flight of stairs, coming into a hallway flooded with light, down the hallway and up several flights of stairs before the boy opened a door and which lead down another hallway and then finally stopping at a door. "You can stay here Shinji. Someone will be able to bring up your food tonight if you are too tired to go down. There is a bathroom connected right to-."
"Thank you Meliu. And I'm not hungry. I'll see you tomorrow?" Shinji interrupted the boy, wanting to get away from the boy as quickly as possible.
"Yes! You can come down anytime you right and someone will be there to greet you though I think Rudbekkia is hoping that-"
"I'll be down before noon." Shinji told the boy quietly, once again interrupting him. He did not wait for a response by the boy as he opened the door and slipped into the room.
Bright yellow sunlight bathed the whole room. The usual brown sheets on the bed shined with a yellow outline, the ground glowed with a covering of yellow light while the air seem to dance with the light coming off of the dust made visible by the light. A desk made by the finest of ancient wood was placed under the window, causing the dark brown wooden desk to appear black in contrast to the bright light.
Shinji walked across the room to the window quickly, barely glancing down at the lush green below in the canyon before pulling the curtains shut. By then his hands started to tremble with anger. Taking small steps away from the curtain once they were closed, he let his arms drop to the side.
"Damn it...Curse it all!" He muttered bitterly under his breath before his knees seeming to give way and he fall to the ground. His eyes closed tightly as he felt the tears starting to fall from his face. "Why did that have to happen! WHY!? HE WASN'T INVOLVED!" Shinji nearly screamed at the top of his lungs.
A cold laughter echo throughout the room that only Shinji could hear. Why? You want to know why oh great one? Do you not realize it already? He was involved.
"SHUT UP! He was nothing! NOTHING!" Shinji's fists pound against the floor causing him nothing but pain which only enraged Shinji even more which caused him to beat harder.
That is why they killed him. Because he was nothing. No one would miss him or his family except maybe you. Chuckled the voice, seeming to enjoy Shinji's misery.
"I told him nothing...he knew thing...they know that he knew nothing...why...why did they have to put him through that?" Shinji mutter bitterly, seeming to have lost his strength to beat the floor at the moment.
There is no reason why they did that other then the fact that they enjoy the pain. The live for the moments when they held other people's lives in their hands, watching them writhe in agony, crying out in pain, begging for mercy, their wills breaking, becoming traitors. Do you not see the fun in that? The power! Pleasure, nothing but pleasure could be heard from the voice when it spoke about those things.
Shinji was silent, tears rolling down his cheeks as his body trembled. Slowly he opened his eyes, staring at the ground as if he just spotted something deceiving on it. "You're just like them..." He spoke in a whisper. "You enjoy those ideas." His voice was raising. "You would do it." His voice was close to a shout. "You wouldn't care who your hurt." Louder and louder his voice became. "YOU WOULD DO IT FOR FUN!" Shinji screamed, his voice full of anger, loathing, hatred and least of all sorrow.
So would you. The voice replied calmly, managing to hide its joy it was feeling at the moment.
Nearly everything stopped for Shinji, his body stopped trembling, his eyes were widen open, the tears seem to stop coming, his stopped in mid breath and his heart seemed have skipped a beat. There was no point in arguing that, he knew that he would enjoy seeing his enemies in that kind of pain without a care in the world for the consequences. "YOU BASTARD!" Shinji yelled before shutting his eyes tightly and his body went back to trembling.
My dear little yaihi, you should keep it down you know. Was that the third time you yelled? Soon someone would think something is wrong and they will come to see the great Shinji huddle up on the floor crying The voiced told Shinji in a mock concern.
Shinji's body fall on to its side, as it continued to shake and tremble, the tears pouring from his eyes in both self loathing and sorrow. He pulled his arms over his head as he become more and more induced in self-pity then morning for his friend. His eyes closed tightly as he realized that the voice spoke nothing but truths, that he is just like the ones that tortured and killed his friend. Shinji stayed how he was, engulfed by his self-pity as the voice laughed gleefully at him though Shinji seem to take no notice of the voice as his thoughts slowly began to change. Slowly his mind started to except what the voice said, slowly his mind started to dream about what the voice said, slowly his mind started to plan to do what the voice said, without a care of the pain that it would cause.

-.-' I don't like this story...
First, there was just darkness, nothing else. Shinji could not feel anything, hear anything, taste nor smell anything. He only saw the darkness completely around him, engulfing his body. Even when Shinji tried to move his body, putting his hand where his face was suppose to be, he still just saw darkness and felt nothing. After a while, he stopped his futile efforts of moving his body and trying to see something more than darkness, he relaxed and let his body be taken over by the darkness. As this happened, he started to try to piece things together. How did he get here? Where is here? What was happening? As those questions went through his head, no answer came, though several pictures, imagines or memories did come. They appeared in front of him in the darkness.
The first was of a boy. The boy’s hair was black, it was combed back neatly to insure that it would not fall down into the boy’s blue eyes. The boy’s cheeks were bright red, his mouth hanging open a big, as Shinji noticed the boy’s chest rising and falling rapidly. Once Shinji noticed that, he realized that the boy was running towards him. However, when the boy started to get close, dark, tall figures got in his way. One of the figures pulled a long, thin blade out and in an instant the boy was on the ground. His chest was motionless, his eyes seeming to dull, his mouth was still open but a small stream of blood was leaking from it.
He knew the boy, Shinji realized as he saw the boy’s body on the ground. Renik. At once, Shinji started to try to move again, straining his arms and legs to move, trying to get to Renik before it is to late. However, it was already too late, Renik was dead and Shinji knew that. Though that irrational want to help kept Shinji trying to move, that need, longing, to be able to save his friend this time kept Shinji from giving up. Shinji never got to Renik’s body; he did not even leave the spot that he was at before Renik’s body faded away. Again, Shinji felt he had betrayed Renik failed him in some unforgivable way.
Soon, another person was taking shape in front of Shinji. This time, the person was older, mid twenties with brown hair tied back in a ponytail and brown eyes. He was looking over his shoulder at Shinji, smiling carefree, before looking in front of himself and starting to walk away. Raising his hand a bit and waving, almost like goodbye, to Shinji. Shinji watched as the person walked away though a feeling of fear was growing inside of him. Something is going to happen to that person, something bad, and something that he will be responsible for, just like with Renik.
Sure enough, Shinji was correct; those tall, dark figures came out again, this time there were more than two. They surrounded the person quickly, grabbing the person by his arms and holding him still as another hit the person on the back of the head. The person fell to his knees, and was held there by the two who had his arms.
Kuv, Shinji realized. Again Shinji started to move, to struggle, trying with all of his might to get to Kuv before it was too late but Shinji could not move, like before he stayed in one place. He had to watch as Kuv’s mouth opened wide a silent scream escaping from him as his eyes closed tightly and his whole body was rigid with pain. The figures were merciless with Kuv, until they grew bored and let Kuv’s body drop to the ground. Once again, one of the figures drew a long blade out and it stabbed Kuv through the heart, forcing the body to give up any hopes of recovering from the tortured.
Shinji’s mouth opened as he tried to yell the name of his friend and curse those figures that tortured and killed him but nothing came out. The darkness with Kuv’s body and one remaining figure stayed silent. Though the figure seemed to somehow hear, or feel Shinji’s presence and it glanced over at Shinji. The figure’s face, smiling happily, gleefully, dark gray eyes seemed to dance with joy at killing Kuv. Carelessly, the figured brushed its hair out of its face. The hair was blond near the roots but as it grew, the hair darkened and changed to brown. The figure’s appearance horrified Shinji. He has seen those eyes, that hair, everything from the face many times; each time that he has looked into the mirror he has seen it. That figured was him. At first Shinji wanted to deny that but he knew that it was true, that he had killed Kuv and Renik.
Shinji waited for the figure of himself and Kuv’s body to disappear and after a while they did. A more complex memory took its place. A room started form; a finely made bed, dress and desk became visible as it started to become bright though there was still fogginess around him, providing a reminder that this was just a memory and was not happening. Shinji recognized the room as the one that he had been staying in when he was with the Reu the day before. Looking to the bed, Shinji saw that there was someone sleeping on it, himself. A door opened and a boy who probably lost his tail recently entered hastily and walked over to the bed. Shinji realized that the boy is Meliu, as he watched Meliu shake and wake up his dream self. Shinji watched as his dream tried to understand what Meliu was telling him, then as his dream self realized and quickly get out of bed, rushed to the dresser where he kept his sword and took it as he then left the room. He was able to see the panic on his dream self, the fear that Meliu’s news brought to him, that he remembered only to well. Meliu told him that the Senhigon has sent several Mozagon with their Shimi to captured Shinji and if they had to destroy the Reu they can.
The memory changed again, this time the room was dark, the walls were black causing the door out to be almost camouflage in the dark. Shinji spotted himself; Meliu was still there, along with a dark red hair woman that he recognized to be Rekwin, a chubby little man as Rudbekkia and a few others that he was not able to place a name to. They were all wearing the robes of the Reu, the white rich cloth with the pattern of the dark blue diamonds. They were all facing his dream self, Rekwin was speaking to him though he still could not hear her words but he did remember them. He remembered how she was explaining the Mozagons that came here, how they threaten to kill everyone, man, woman and children, if they do not get him. That the Reu had decided to help protect him, that Rudbekkia had said that if they let them have Shinji, then they are going against their creed. The Reu exist to protect the weak, to give a home to those who has none, to watch over others, to live peacefully. When the Mozagons heard that, they retreated for only a few hours before they launched an attack. The Reu have realized that their defenses will not hold and so they are sending everyone out through tunnels, that this is Shinji’s chance to leave. Shinji had accepted this crowd’s exit and had not even once thought of helping them.
Once again, the memory changed, his dream self was outside with Rekwin. Between them was a tall four-legged animal. Its face was long, coming to a slight point at the end. Its ears were big and stuck up, pointed just a bit with a flap to help keep any dirt out. The neck of the animal was long and had hair coming out, drooping to the side and stopping at the shoulder. The body was long and muscular, coming to an end at the tail, which was half the size of its body and with fur that only covers the upper half. It was covered in fur with the exception of anything below its knees and the under half of the tail. Below the knee was rough, cross skin. The feet had three long toes with claws at the end. This creature was a yiks. Perfect transportation across the surrounding desert, the last thing that the Reu were able to offer Shinji. Shinji watched as his dream self got on the yiks and rode off.
The darkness soon consumed everything again, though now Shinji had remembered what was happening. He had ridden the yiks for nearly a day straight before stopping near a cliff. He had tried the yiks’s rains to a rock and laid down to rest and then he found himself here. Though now he could not understand this dream. This dream was too restricting, too real in a strange way to really be a dream. His mind started to work hard to try to understand what is happening, though as he started to do that, he realized that his body seemed to become more free or at least he was able to feel something. He felt warmth, which soon turned hot. After several moments his eyes opened, the sky was above him, dark as night and specked with stars. He sat up quickly and looked around, for something that was different then before, but all was the same.
A small sigh escaped form him as he looked down for a moment and brushed his hand through his hair. He shook his head a bit, trying to rid his thoughts of the last of the strange dream, especially the parts with Kuv and Renik. They are dead, they have been dead, and it is pointless to think about them, Shinji thought as he stood up.
“Sorry if I frighten you.” A voice came out of nowhere, kind and quiet, like a child’s voice, but there could not be a child around here. Shinji quickly whirled around, looking all around for the owner of the voice but he could not see it.
“Who are you?” Shinji quickly demanded, his hand reaching instinctively to where his sword should be on his belt but it was not there. The sword was laying a few feet away from him, close to where he was laying down moments before. He took a couple of steps to his sword as he waited for the voice to reply but soon stopped surprised in his tracks.
The ground raised no more than four inches in a small mound by his sword. Soon the mound was taking a shape, a small oval head with rounded ears, circular eyes on the either side; a mouth was curved in just like a rodent’s mouse. As the head was taking shape, so was the rest of the body, legs followed by paws came out, the body was small and lean, the last thing that was made was the tail, that neatly wrapped around the body. The rodent, that was completely made of dirt, looked up at Shinji curiously and innocently for a moment, before its ears went back in a sad fashion.
“Sorry.” It was the same voice as before, the same childlike innocence, sincerity that there was before came out from the strange small creature. Shinji was shocked; he stared down at the thing for several moments, trying to figure out how such a thing could be possible, before he was able to get a hold of himself to manage to say anything.
“What are you?” He asked it, his own voice quiet, barely above a whisper since he was still getting over the shock.
“What do you mean?” The thing asked, its ears coming up just a bit in hopefulness that Shinji is not mad at it.
Shinji stared at it, in surprised for a moment before he tried to explain his question. “What are you? What type of thing, animal are you? You can’t be a rodent. You’re made of dirt.” Shinji stumbled over the words, trying his best to get the thing to understand.
The thing was silent for a moment, tilting its head to the side a bit as it thought about the question. Its ears went back again, as if fearing to anger someone with an unsatisfying answer. “I’m nothing.”
“How can you be nothing if you exist now? You can’t be something made by a shimi, nor are there any symbols like this.” Shinji asked then mumbling the last sentence under his breath as he thought aloud. His mind was desperately trying to understand it. “Who, what made you?” He asked, hoping to get an answer from that question.
The creature’s ears perked up, seeming to be glad that it was able to answer a question with a response that Shinji would probably like. “Kilates.” It answered; the cheerfulness of answering was clearly shown in its voice.
“Kilates? How? Why?” Shinji asked at once, an unpleasant feeling coming into his stomach. This dirt rodent seems to be nothing, weak and feeble but if kilates made it then they could make more, more deadly ones that could possibly be used to hunt him down. Or, he could make some to help fight the Senhigon.
“Yes, kilates. I don’t know and I don’t know. But I know they didn’t like me. After I was made they locked me up for a while but then the lock was worn down and I was able to get away.” The creature answered, there were no signs of anger, sorrow or hatred when it spoke of how it was locked away. There was just the same childlike innocence.
“Do you know which kilates? And when?” Shinji asked, wanting to know as much as he can from the strange thing to see if he would be able to use it somehow.
“No but they’re dead. The lock is really old, older than you or your parents or their parents. It, along with me, were made long ago. When this area was green. I remember that. I first felt the life of the plants. There won’t that much, not like a forest but more than now.” The creature answer, an odd smile coming on to its face as he thought about the plants.
Shinji was stern for a moment when the creature said there were plants here once. As far as he knew, there were never any plants in this part of the desert. There was no way that anything could survive, too little water and too much sun. This creature has to be a couple of thousand years old. “What do you mean you felt the life of the plants?” Shinji asked after a moment.
The creature was silent for a moment, thinking over Shinji’s question a bit before its ears went back some. “I don’t know. I just felt them.” It answered meekly.
“Why are you here? Why did you bother me?” Shinji asked after another moment, deciding to ask those pressing questions so that he could get some kind of answer, which he needed.
“I’ve always been here. When the lock broke I have nowhere else to go besides here. So I stayed here. I didn’t mean to bother you. I’m sorry. I was just curious. You look well, hurt.” The creature answered. “And…” It spoke with more hesitances then before, for once looking away from Shinji. “I think you are hurt. You know that dream? That was me, I’m sorry.” It quickly added not wanting Shinji to get mad before it continued on. “I wanted to see what’s wrong.”
“There’s nothing wrong.” Shinji told it, some anger seeped into his voice though not much.
The creature seemed to flinch at the sound of Shinji’s anger even though it was not much. “But there is. You’re scared and hurt from your dead friends and it’ll get worse since-.”
“There’s nothing wrong with me!” Shinji snapped at the creature. The last thing he wanted was this little thing to go nosing around in his mind, bring up old memories that do hurt him and then talking about it as if it knows him.
“I’m sorry.” It seemed to squeak a bit, its ears going flat against its head. “I don’t mean to make you mad.” Shinji did not say anything to the creature; he turned his back to it and started to walk over to the yiks. The yiks eyed Shinji for a moment before looking away and closing its eyes as Shinji started to untie the reigns.
“Where’re you going?” The creature asked as it scampered after Shinji and climbed up on a rock by the yiks’s snout. The creature’s ears were still against its head in a sad manner.
“Away.” Shinji answered simply.
“To fight with the Senhigon? You can’t do anything alone.” It squeaked, remembering what it saw in Shinji’s mind beyond the surface memories. Shinji’s longing to destroy the Senhigon, to set things right in the world that the Senhigon had nearly destroyed.
“I won’t be alone.” Shinji lied to it, as he closed his eyes to try to restrain his anger. Though he knew that is a lie. He was alone; he had been alone for some time now. Even with the help of the Reu, he was still alone and what had mattered in the long run was just himself. Getting himself away before the Mozagons could capture and kill him. Saving himself so that he could continue his crusade to destroy the Senhigon.
The creature tilted its head a bit in confusion. It was too naïve and trusting to think that Shinji was lying but it could not figure out how Shinji was telling the truth. The confused look remained on its face for a moment longer before its ears perked up as if it finally understood something.
“You’re saying that you’re not alone because I’m here now, right?” It asked, looking up at Shinji eagerly.
“No.” Shinji said at once, almost disgusted at the thought. “I’m not alone because I have people to rely on. People who I could turn to if I need help” He told it, though again he was lying. There were people who would help him but those could only do so much and in the end it would only cause things to get worse.
“But, you don’t. You think that the people who could help won’t help that much and then the Senhigon would send his soldiers to kill them. So you are alone. Except for me. I’m here. I’ll help if you want.” The creature offered.
“How? You’re a little freak dirt rodent.” Shinji half snapped at it, getting more and more frustrated.
“I can be more then just a rodent. And I can do things. I’ll show you what I mean when I’m at some water or something.” The creature offered him.
“You can tell me if it’s so important, which I doubt it is.” Shinji muttered to it as he hoisted himself up on to the yiks’s back.
“Water flows where I want it to flow. Ground breaks and holds when I say. Plants dance if I ask. Fire is cold if I wish.”
Shinji looked down at it, surprised by what it said. “How can you control those elements?” He asked, curiosity shown in his voice while his anger started to subside.
“How else would I have this body? I made it. These rodents are common here and I made the body off of them. Just using dirty. And a few other things so that I could speak and you understand me.” The creature told Shinji, its ears rising up more in hopes that he could help Shinji.
Shinji was silent for a moment, looking down at the creature as he wondered if the creature was telling the truth. “Do you have a name?”
“Prigon.”
“You’re a pri then. That makes a bit of sense.” Shinji mumbled, mostly to himself. “If you want to help me then you can. Just don’t get in my way.” He told it as he kicked the yiks to get it to start walking.
“I will help!” Prigon said eagerly as it jumped from the rock and quickly started to follow Shinji and the yiks. Its body was changing just a bit so that it could keep up with the pace that the yiks was setting. The creature willingly followed Shinji, planning on doing what Shinji asked it to and believing in Shinji. It saw into Shinji’s mind and the cause that Shinji was fighting for and had decided to help. Shinji would no longer be alone and now there was a chance that he could beat the Senhigon.

a summary of the Kilate's early history
The kilate planet was divided into hundreds of different tribes. Each of the tribes and its own language, traditions, believes and culture. This caused the tribes to constantly wage war against each other. Along with the chaos and death brought on by the wars, there was also fear from the shimi and their hunts. Though, the tribes had hunted the shimi too, for their meat, skins and sport. The wars and hunts caused distrust, hatred and fear among the various tribes and shimi. This created a complete division among the people of the planet.
As the kilate planet was trapped in the cycle of chaos and war, the clickeleons had long sense surpassed their population limit on their moons and had started to explore space for new homes. The clickeleons stumbled upon the primitive kilate planet and soon had a large enough force to crash the tribes, protect and hunt the shimi. The clickeleons established the kilate planet as a territory and the kilates as slaves and servants.
Since the kilate only had primitive technology and had a language barrier between tribes, they were only able to put up small, futile efforts of resistance that were easily crushed. They had no choice but to accept the clickeleon rule. The clickeleon forced many of the kilates to set and take up farming in communities that they built and control. They also picked the “smart” of the kilates and started to teach them how to use machines so that the clickeleons would not have to do so. Slowly the kilates were able to start their resistance again because of their span being 40 years longer that the clickeleons and because the clickeleons were teaching them about technology so that they could do the work.
The renewed resistance was weak and unorganized at first. The kilates still tried to function in their tribes and avoid other kilate tribes. Though, the language barrier was slowly being demolished as the clickeleons demanded for the kilates to forget their language and learn the clickeleon’s.
The resistances were in random bursts throughout the planet that were easily to deal with for the clickeleons. Kilates tried to take control of the towns controlled by the clickeleons but were stopped. Kilates ran away alone or in groups but were captured and killed. Kilates refused to work but were punished and possibly killed. Kilates tried to continue their cultural traditions in secret and most were caught and punished.
While the kilates put up those small efforts of resistance, the shimi on the other hand seemed to have vanished. The shimi were surprised and frighten by the clickeleons who came from the sky and hunted from a far without being physically fit or strong. Most of the shimi dig and managed to stay hidden. However, there were few that were found or challenged the clickeleons directly.
Those that challenged were able to easily kill the platoons of clickeleons they encounter but the clickeleons soon were able to come up with new weapons to kill and hunt the shimi more successfully. Thus, the clickeleons discovered the value of their skin and a potential food source for their slaves. This caused the clickeleons to send out hunting parties to kill the shimi. As the knowledge of the deadliness of those parties spread throughout the shimi population, more shimi hid and proclaim that the clickeleon’s were a kilate problem as an excuse for their coward ness. Very few did not believe this and resisted.
Most of the shimi fear came from the fact that the kilate were not as a successful hunter as the clickeleons were. The shimi were basing their knowledge on that of the kilates. All of the kilate hunters were in top shape and used the symbols to attack, while the clickeleons used a weapon similar to a gun which took nearly no physical effort. The shimi had trouble cooping with the idea that any clickeleon could go out and shoot this gun.
One shimi, a young shimidiv, named Tadom-Saji was ambushed and almost killed by a clickeleon hunting party, only to be saved by a rouged group of run away kilates. However, after everyone in the clickeleon hunting party was dead, the kilates started to argue among themselves about what to do with Tadom-Saji, this caused valuable time to be lost and gave the clickeleons enough time to send reinforcement. All but Tadom-Saji and a kilate named Ksila survived.
Ksila and Tadom-Saji formed a fast friendship, this being the first among the two races. They realized that neither race allow would be able to rid their planet of the clickeleons alone and a part, so they set out to convince the kilates and shimi to unite. At first, their efforts were almost in vain, but slowly, the other kilates and shimi start to realize the possibilities of unification. When Ksila and Tadom-Saji managed to get a force of kilates and shimi, that was less than twice the number of the clickeleon forces, they started to wage guerrilla war. Since the first few skirmishes were not complete losses, more and more kilates and shimi joined them. Within a year, the kilate shimi force had the clickeleons surrounded, forcing the clickeleons to retreat off of the planet. With the clickeleons gone, the two species were almost completely united; the tribal wars and hunts were nearly gone. To further this unification, Ksila and Tadom-Saji set up the Shimi Eyfida (alliance). The Shimi Eyfida called for the end of all hunts, to work together as one species, and the unification of all kilate tribes and shimi packs under one government.
Few disagreed with the Eyfida. A type of shimi known as the Shimikuragi and a few small tribes of kilate protested strongly against it, proclaiming that each should rule only themselves. However, the Shimikuragi were quickly suppressed with the kilates ran off into the dense forest. For the time being, it was decided to allow those kilates to stay in the forest. For it was believed that when the kilates saw the working government and the benefits of it, they will join.
After the Shimi Eyfida, Ksila and Tadom-Saji set up a monarchy based government with those closest to Ksila at the top and then the rest equally at the bottom. The government called for one language, which was based on Ksila’s tribe language and the clickeleon’s, regulated farming, a military, schooling and studies on the technology left by the clickeleons. Of how the kilates went from being primitive then to having advance technology, it caused the kilates to keep much of their old ways, such as their clothing, habits and manners.
After the government was created and running successfully, Ksila and Tadom-Saji wanted to nearly erase the humiliating history of clickeleon’s rule. This caused the government to pass several laws forbidding mentioning of the clickeleon’s rule. However, within a few years, the clickeleons once again built up enough of a force to go and try to reclaim the planet. The clickeleons were almost successful and were only put down by the arrival of the skriluna (tree) kilates (the kilates that refused to join the government and went off into the dense forest). The clickeleon’s failure caused three events to happen.
The first, was Ksila and Tadom-Saji creating the Mozagon. An elite group of kilate soldiers trained along shimi. The Mozagon were trained in the use of clickeleon weaponry, along with kilate traditional sword techniques, that were improved by clickeleons, taught how to use symbols and more importantly, they were trained to the full extend of the mind. The Mozagon’s purpose was to protect the government, and to go full force against the clickeleon if needed.
Along with the creation of the Mozagon, there was also the creation of the Mazogon. Some kilates felt that their near defeat was the caused of them forgetting the past of the clickeleon’s rule. Ksila and Tadom-Saji, still not wanting the humiliating history to be remember by all, decided to create a group of kilates that it was their job to remember the history and if needed, to advise the other on their actions if the clickeleons attacked. Later, the Mazogon’s rolls were increased further, by having them provide more advice on different issues instead of just that of the clickeleons. It was also part of the Mozagon’s job to protect the Mazogon’s.
Secondly was the successful interrogation of captured clickeleon soldiers to reveal all uses of their technology, how to operate the machines and how to build such machines. However, the kilates still lacking knowledge of several key sciences that would help them produce their own machines; they instead managed to negotiate with the clickeleon’s government. The kilates were able to set up a peace treaty to the clickeleons because how the clickeleon’s two defeat and the captured clickeleon soldiers.
With the supposed safety of the peace treaty, the kilates were able to send some kilates over to clickeleon’s moons to be educated. There, the clickeleons hoped to convince those kilates of the stupidity of their loyalty to the kilate government, however that failed. The kilates on the other hand, hoped to gain the clickeleon’s knowledge and then surpass them. Ksila, Tadom-Saji and nearly all the rest of the government feared that the clickeleon’s would break the treaty, and all were eager to be ready for the next attack.
Thirdly, Ksila and Tadom-Saji allowed the skriluna kilate to create their own government and be their own state without any threats from them. This would later be the reason why the government allowed such groups as the Reu to co-exist with them.
The government continued to become stronger, through military, technology and control of the people. It became clear that the government was monarchy base when Ksila passed the Senhigon title on to his son. Ksila was also the first to break the kilate tradition of choosing their own name when they come to age, doing this by naming his son Ksila II. This in turn led Ksila II to pass several laws to slowly abolish more of the unnecessary kilate traditions, such as worship of an entity, rights of passage. The kilate government would remain unchallenged until the rise of the Bishi.
