Mulciber took it back, and put a couple more crackers in his mouth. When he was done eating those, he just sat quietly where he was for a couple of minutes.
Inside, Candra stood up and went up the stairs. She went into the bedroom that Mulciber had origanally taken her into, and flopped onto the bed.
Mulcibers curiosity got the better of him eventually. He looked at the man and asked "Why are you looking for imortallity? And what makes you think it exists in the first place?"

The person ate some of the crackers that he took before he answer Mulciber's question. "There are ways that have made people live longer then they should of, so why won't there be a way to have someone live forever?" He answered Mulciber's question with another question.

(sorry, gtg now)
"I don't see a reason for imortality to be impossible, but why would you want to be immortal?" Mulciber asked, as the man had only answered half the question.

"Oh" he replied simply. He didn't feel a need to press it further, as it seemed a reasonable statement.

Mulciber got up and said "If you want more, the box is on the counter inside" reffering to the crackers. "There is a third bed upstairs that you're welcome to if you want to stay here. It through the door that's not closed." When he finished, he turned and went inside, placeing the box of crackers on the first counter he passed in the kitchen.
Travesty slowly stood up, glancing around the forrested area. His right arm was useless, his gut was aching like a bitch, and it felt like a rock was lodged in his right temple.

The person stayed outside for a while longer before walking back inside. He took some more crackers out of the box and head upstairs and went into the room that had the door open and sat down on the bed, eating the crackers, thinking.

When Mulciber got up the stairs and walked by Candras room, he quietly closed the door and then headed for his own room. He sat down on the bed, layed back and kneaded his fingers behind his head and stared at the ceiling. He noticed the outline of a pull down stair case. He got up and looked at it curiously, as he didn't remember if the house had an attic or not. He had never thought about it, but there were windows above the second story windows. He pushed the bed aside, and pulled the bedside table over to stand on. He had it just to the side of where the staircase would be when he pulled it down so he wouldnt be knocked off. He got on top of the table, and started to pry around the edges of the staircase.
Travesty wobbled over to the nearest tree and sat down against it. He vision was going in and out of focus, and he knew he wouldnt be able to navigat himself out of the forrest, epecially with the sun going down, so he closed his eyes and tried to fall asleep.

The person finished the crackets after a while of nibbling on them. He leaned against the head board of the bed and stared off, still thinking and planning stuff.

Mulciber was able to slowly prie the staircase out a couple inches at a time. When enough was out so he could get his hands onto he, he slowly pulled it down. Suddenly it came loose and fell open with a big noise. "Shit" he spat the word angrily.
Candra jumped awake, and got off the bed quickly. She ran and opened her door, and then ran to Mulciber room. She quickly turned the knob and opened the door. Mulciber had gotten off the table, and was about to go up the stairs. She looked at him curiously. "You scared the hell out of me Mulch" she said plainly.
"Sorry" he replied and then started up.
