For the third time, the sad looking man stepped into the arean. His cold colored eyes glancing around slightly for his opponent.

Travesty entered the arena for his third and final time, albeit, late. He massaged his temple as if he had a migraine, and then stretched. He stopped his motion when he saw Tristan's gaze on him. "Ha!" He laughed, and then grinned. He quickly pulled the maul out of the loop on his back. "Quick question." He said, still smiling.

Tristan's icey stare lingered on Travesty. He didn't move, only watched him. "Yes?" He said in a calm, quiet tone.

"Were you holding back the last time we met?" Travesty asked.

"Yes." Tristan said simply, his facial expression unchanging.

Travesty eyed him, cotemplating this, but still grinning. "I'm ready. You?"

Tristan's head nodded slightly, one hand closing to a fist a bit then opening as if preparing itself. He didn't move though, not intending to make the first move.

Travesty's face became a mask, going from grinning to stone cold. He charged and swung diagonally, from right to left, so that, if successful, a blow would shatter the collar bone.

Tristan was quick to react by teleporting to Travesty's left side. His hand was up, palm facing Travesty's left side as he sent a telekenetic blas at him. It was too much, however, since he was planning on the weight and momentum of the maul throw throw Travesty off balance.

Travesty's momentum and swing, along with the push, did throw him off balance, and he spun off his feet, landing on his back. He quickly leaped back onto his feet, kept his maul raised, but didn't charge. He'd let Tristan decide what was going to happen.

Tristan's frame of mind was the same, though when he saw Travesty wasn't going to attack, he changed his mind. With a slight sigh, he muttered a series of several spells, though what they did exactly was unclear. So far nothing happened.
"I suggest.. you watch your step." Tristan warned in his quiet voice.
He teleported to the side and changed forward, his hand up, ready to block the maul with a telekentic blast.

The second Tristan charged at him, Travesty's right hand let go of his weapon and pointed in the opponents direction. He grabbed Tristan telekinetically, threw him into the dirt, and dragged him across it till he was at Travesty's feet, who swung down as hard as he could at Tristans torso. He hadn't moved his feet.

Tristan closed his eyes at first, inwardly sighing. This was why he didn't like making the attacks, it was easier to defend himself and such a waste.. When he opened his icey hues, he saw the blow aimed at his torso and a field of telekenetic energy pushed up to stop it. At the same time he mutters, a small flame spell starting to rise up travestys pant leg.

Travesty's face contorted slightly at the burning. He too was annoyed, but if he couldn't bring the attack to Tristan, he'd bring Tristan to the attack. Although it hurt his head a great deal, he divided between Tristan and his weapon. He reinforced the mauls position so that it would not rise, and then threw Tristan into it.
